About Andrea
Andrea Evans is a passionate attorney who works diligently for all of her clients. She has represented people seeking vindication of their civil rights and corporations facing high-stakes litigation, bringing the same zeal and tenacity to both. Her work is careful but efficient, and she excels at translating complicated legal arguments into clear and persuasive terms.
Andrea began her career at Skadden Arps, where she gained experience in a wide variety of litigation, including complex commercial disputes, internal investigations, and civil rights. She is strongly committed to pro bono work. Among her past services are representing a criminal defendant in federal court, drafting an amicus brief for a wrongful convictions non-profit, and successfully assisting a client obtain asylum.
Before joining Salvatore Prescott Porter & Porter, Andrea served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael Y. Scudder on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the Honorable Manish S. Shah on the Northern District of Illinois. She graduated with honors from the University of Chicago Law School, where she was a Rubenstein Scholar. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, cum laude, from Yale College.
